Your CV text or uploaded file — provided to generate your RoleRank analysis.
The job description text — pasted by you to compare against your CV.

Why we collect it

To generate a RoleRank analysis report based on your CV and the job description you provide.
To notify you by email when the full AI-powered version of RoleRank launches.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the above.

Data minimisation

You are encouraged to remove personal details — such as your name, phone number, address, and email — from your CV before uploading.
RoleRank only needs your skills, experience, and qualifications to generate a meaningful analysis.
Personal identity information is not required and does not improve the quality of your report.

Data storage

Your email and submitted content are stored securely in our database.
CV content is processed to generate your report and retained only for the purpose of product improvement during the validation phase.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address and any submitted data at any time.
To make a deletion request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
We will process your request within 30 days.
